RATES FOR INTERNATIONAL MESSAGE TELECOMMUNICATIONS

5.1 |
Types of Offerings
International Message Telecommunications Service is available as additional
service at the rates listed in Section 5, through subscription to any of
the INTERNATIONAL Telecommunications service offerings available from the
Company: Direct Dialed IMTS; 800 IMTS; and Calling Card IMTS, as applicable.

(a)

Determination of Duration |
|
|
|
(i) |
Chargeable time begins when the connection is established between the
calling station and the desired telephone, attendant board, or private
branch exchange console.
|
|
|
|
(ii) |
Chargeable time ends when the connection is terminated.
|
|
|
|
(iii) |
Chargeable time does not include the time lost because of faults or
defects in the service.
|

(b)

Calculation of Billable Time |
|
|
|
(i) |
Direct Dialed IMTS Service
Usage is billed in thirty (30) second increments. Billing is also rounded
in thirty (30) second increments, with the remaining seconds, if any, rounded
up to the next thirty (30) second increment and billed at the additional
thirty (30) second rate.

(ii) |
IMTS 800 Service
Usage is billed in one (1) minute increments and rounded up to next
full minute.
|

|
|
(iii) |
IMTS Calling Card Service
Usage is billed in one (1) minute increments and rounded up to next
full minute.
